What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Taxes and delivery fees are not included in the prices listed on the "Sweet Shop" tab. Delivery rate is added at checkout and is subject to change depending on distance. 7% sales tax will be included in the final invoice. 

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Tweety's Sweeties we take pride in being as personable and efficient as possible. We strive to make the process for ordering simple while making sure you, as a new loyal customer, feel at ease and that your sweet treat needs are being met; be it emailing or talking over the phone on multiple occasions to ensure everything is exactly how you'd like it. We will go the extra mile! MORE than average customer service (as well as our treats) is something we strive for, for our new customers as well as our existing customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught baker. Everything I've created to date has been through trial and error. With every new creation, recipe, and/or project comes another opportunity to learn and master new skills. 

Where is Tweety's Sweeties, LLC located?
Tweety's Sweeties, LLC operates out of Haughville Shared Kitchen located at 2108 W. Michigan Street Indianapolis, IN 46222. We will be offering pick up services, DoorDash and GrubHub deliveries soon. 

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Tweety's Sweeties came about as a Mother's Day project in 2014. I wanted to give a creative and personal gift to the special women in my life and something said "hey, how about a chocolate covered strawberry/cake pop arrangement!" From that day I started experimenting with different flavors, products, and unique arrangements. I took them to different ones for testing and opinions. That's when my friends, family, and coworkers talked me into starting a small business as they could tell I had a true passion for what I was doing as a hobby. And here I am! :-)

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with corporate clients, schools and universities, bride to be's, mom to be's, graduates, and the general public.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise to be as detailed as possible, especially for custom orders. In this industry the saying "less is more" does not apply here. The customer needs to make sure that they share the tiniest details as the more the baker knows the better. From the color and theme to guest count and flavors, it would be very beneficial and lessen the amount of back and forth if more is shared up front. Having a picture or visual for reference would be a plus as well. (Please note when submitting inspirational photos that it is just for that, inspiration. Each cake artist interprets design and themes differently.)


What questions should customers think through before booking with Tweety's Sweeties, LLC?
Customers should be ready to answer questions about allergies or other dietary restrictions that may be needed for their order.

No shipping is available at this time. Delivery services will be available via Door Dash and Grub Hub in the near future.

For Custom Cakes and Catering Orders: ​Delivery arrangements will be made at the time of booking your service.  Tweety's does not operate or deliver on Sunday.

ALL BALANCES ARE DUE PRIOR TO DELIVERY AND RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS. PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY NOR PICK UP  WILL NOT TAKE PLACE IF YOU HAVE AN UNPAID BALANCE.

**Please note: All items are made to order. Same day orders cannot be completed at this time. For custom orders, corporate events, catering and party packages please place your order at least two-three weeks in advance. If order is not placed within the parameters stated a rush fee will be charged.

Return Policy

Return Policy: ALL SALES FINAL. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. All payments are non-refundable. The total invoice amount or at least 50% of the total (Tweety's will advise) MUST BE PAID to secure the order. The entire invoice MUST BE PAID IN FULL at least one week prior to delivery or pick up. In the event of a cancellation, after payment, no refund will be given, however you may receive a partial credit for your next purchase (at Tweety's discretion). If you receive your order and are not happy with it, you MUST contact Tweety's Sweeties LLC within one hour of receipt. We do ask that photos are submitted if filing a complaint. We will offer to fix the mistake or apply a credit (at owner's discretion) towards your next purchase. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.
