We are so excited to make your upcoming event not only BEAUTIFUL and ONE OF A KIND, but SWEETER than you've ever seen any event before. We ask at least a 3 weeks notice for events. We are aware that life happens, so please email info@tweetyssweeties or text (317-732-8789) in the event a rush booking is needed. We will try to accommodate as best as we can. Rush fees may be added to final cost.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING!!
To ensure your date is available, please reach out to Tweety's prior to booking to avoid any confusion and/or overlapping events, via email or phone. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking. Please note, the costs below are the full costs for each package. Use code "LetsParty" to activate the 50% deposit unless you'd like to pay for your event in full today ;-). Cost adjustments will be shown at checkout. You will then be invoice for the remaining amount at the email provided during booking.
Remaining balances are due 2 weeks prior to the event. If you book your event 2 weeks away from your desired date, full payment will be due to ensure all supplies can be purchased and received prior to your event.
Please include your event date (we do not operate on Sundays), timeframe, venue location (YES, we travel outside of Indianapolis for events for an additional cost :-) ), theme/color scheme/inspiration. A representative from Tweety's will call to gather more details once your order is received. If retrieval of items is needed after 8:30 pm, an after-hours pick up fee will be added to the final invoice.
Note: Each package has a minimum set up time allotted to ensure a beautiful turn out without rushing. Please confirm how early we can arrive to begin set up with your venue representative at the time of booking the venue.
Tweety's does not have a venue at this time to host events. We do have partners throughout the city, so please let us know if you need assistance securing a venue. All tables and chairs must be provided by the client/venue location in good condition. Tweety's will not set up using broken, unstable, or damaged equipment.

Tweety's Sweeties, LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, accidents, etc. that occurs before/during/after your event. If any item provided by Tweety's Sweeties, LLC such as, but not limited to, table covers, chair covers, centerpieces, accessories, etc. are damaged, broken or altered in any way during your event, you as the client, will be responsible for all costs to replace the item(s). An invoice will be sent for immediate payment. You as the client agree to ensure proper handling of all Tweety's Sweeties, LLC property throughout the duration of your event. Client agrees, by booking with Tweety's Sweeties, LLC, to sign a contract agreeing to all policies, rules, regulations, etc. provided by Tweety's Sweeties, LLC and if any portion of the contract is not adhered to, you as the client will be responsible for all outcomes. Tweety's Sweeties, LLC is not responsible for cleaning the venue space prior to or concluding your event. You as the client will be responsible for cleaning the venue, putting away tables/chairs, etc. Tweety's Sweeties, LLC is released from all liabilities resulting in the misuse and/or handling of any one person, venue, event space, equipment, etc.. Client assumes all responsibilities for the event space (indoor and outdoor), guests, patrons, etc. before/during/after their event.
