**Please note: All items are made to order. Same day orders cannot be completed at this time. For custom orders, corporate events, catering and party packages please place your order at least two-three weeks in advance. If order is not placed within the parameters stated a rush fee will be charged.

Return Policy
Return Policy: ALL SALES FINAL. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. All payments are non-refundable. The total invoice amount or at least 50% of the total (Tweety's will advise) MUST BE PAID to secure the order. The entire invoice MUST BE PAID IN FULL at least one week prior to delivery or pick up. In the event of a cancellation, after payment, no refund will be given, however you may receive a partial credit for your next purchase (at Tweety's discretion). If you receive your order and are not happy with it, you MUST contact Tweety's Sweeties LLC within one hour of receipt. We do ask that photos are submitted if filing a complaint. We will offer to fix the mistake or apply a credit (at owner's discretion) towards your next purchase. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.
