About Us!

Thanks for visiting Tweety's Sweeties! Tasha here...my love for baking came about as a hobby in 2014. I baked for fun and pure enjoyment for approximately three years as a self-taught baker.

Experimenting with different types of cakes, edible arrangements, flavors, and decoration brought forth great excitement! Being able to express my passion for art and creativity has never been easier. With much encouragement from my husband, co-workers (who I used as guinea pigs for most of my creations :-), family and friends, Tweety's Sweeties, LLC was born on June 20, 2017. The name came about from my childhood nickname, Tweety, given to me by my mom and my mom's nickname, Sweets.

I've always wanted to own a business. Never in a million years did I see a bakery as being that business. My ultimate goal for Tweety's is to operate on a full time basis with a food truck and store front. I know, with God, that can be made possible.

Deliveries outside of Indianapolis, IN must meet a $60 minimum before tax and delivery charges.

ALL DELIVERY/MEETING ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE MADE DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS OR AT THE TIME OF ORDER SUBMISSION.
TWEETY'S DOES NOT DELIVER OR OFFER MEETING ON SUNDAYS.

No shipping is available at this time. Delivery services are available within an approximate one and one half hour radius of Indianapolis. Additional delivery fees may apply. Meeting arrangements can be made with at least 72 hours notice. A representative from Tweety's will reach out to confirm the meeting location and details.

Delivery and meeting arrangements are to take place between the hours of 9:30 am-2 pm (EST) Monday-Friday and 10 am-4 pm on Saturday. Please take note in that Tweety's operates on a flex schedule, meaning these are not our daily hours of operation, so an emailed correspondence will take place to confirm the day and time of delivery or meeting. If delivery or meet up is requested before or after the specified hours there will be a before or after hours fee charged prior to delivery or meeting.

ALL BALANCES ARE DUE PRIOR TO DELIVERY AND RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS. PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY OR MEETING WILL NOT TAKE PLACE IF YOU HAVE AN UNPAID BALANCE.

**Please note: All items are made to order. Same day orders cannot be completed at this time. For custom orders, corporate events, catering and party packages please place your order at least two-three weeks in advance. If order is not placed within the parameters stated a rush fee will be charged.

Return Policy
Return Policy: ALL SALES FINAL. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. All payments are non-refundable. The total invoice amount or at least 50% of the total (owner will advise) MUST BE PAID to secure the order. The entire invoice MUST BE PAID IN FULL prior to delivery/meeting. In the event of a cancellation, after payment, no refund will be given, however you will receive a partial credit for your next purchase. If you receive your order and are not happy with it, you MUST contact Tweety's Sweeties LLC within one hour of receipt. We do ask that photos are submitted if filing a complaint. We will offer to fix the mistake or apply a credit (at owner's discretion) towards your next purchase. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.
